Used. This item comes in non-original packaging.  It has scuffs and scratches from normal use.
Notes:
When power was applied this machine ran smoothly.  We were able to adjust the tension, temperature, and feed with no problems.  We depressed the Reset button and the strapping was fed through the assembly.  We then looped the strapping around the package.  As soon as we inserted it into the other end it was automatically pulled in, the tension was drawn, then it was cut and melted together.  Then the Reset button was pushed again to release the sealed package.  No further testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
