    Description

I'm guessing late 1920s because it lists the 1927 victory of the Colt/Portland Oregon PD team at the Camp Perry 1927 Pistol Match.  That's the same police organization some people are trying to "defund".  As well, the Handbook includes the Detective Special (which came out in 1927) and the Official Police (which also came out in 1927 and was essentially a revolver referred to earlier as the Army Special).  So I'm guessing late 1920s.
Marked form "A-72-R" and "5th edition" with 67pp. It's exactly 5" x 7" and fits into any standard frame of that size.  I've had it framed on my gun bench for many years, but it's time to cull.
Condition is superb, given its material and age.  There is no writing, no rips or tears, or other issues.  Toward the end of the booklet, as you can see in some of the photos, there is a very slight wrinkling at the bottom of the pages at the inner corners--it may well have come that way because the very slight bend does not appear toward the front of the book, nor on the front or back covers.  Staples have begun to rust (see photo), but have not in any way stained the pages.  It's in superb condition.
